Refund Policy

Credit Correspondence System (“CCS”) provides immediate access to a digital software platform upon subscription activation.

Because CCS delivers digital services and system access instantly, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:

• The request is submitted within [Insert Window — Recommended: 3–5 days] of the initial purchase
• The request applies to the first subscription charge only

Refund eligibility does not apply to subsequent recurring charges.

Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:

• Recurring subscription charges
• Renewal payments
• Partial billing periods
• Unused subscription time
• Failure to use the platform

Platform access constitutes delivery of services.

Nature of Digital Services
CCS operates as a software-based documentation and correspondence management platform.

Users receive immediate system access, platform functionality, and digital infrastructure upon activation.

Because services are delivered digitally, refunds cannot be granted based on:

• User inactivity
• User misunderstanding of platform purpose
• Outcomes related to third-party entities
• Personal expectations of results

Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future billing only.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention
CCS reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases involving:

• Policy abuse
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated refund attempts
• Misuse of platform services

Policy Modifications
CCS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of CCS constitutes acceptance of policy updates.
