Subscription & Billing Terms

Credit Correspondence System (“CCS”) operates on a subscription-based billing model.

By purchasing or enrolling in a CCS subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Subscription Model
CCS provides access to a digital software platform offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled.

Recurring Billing Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize CCS to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Charges may include:

• Subscription fees
• Applicable taxes
• Approved upgrades

Billing Frequency
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Charges continue automatically until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing only
• Does not retroactively refund prior charges
• Does not refund unused subscription periods

Failure to use the platform does not constitute cancellation.

User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate billing information
• Managing subscription status
• Monitoring renewal dates

Payment failures may result in service interruption or account suspension.

Refund Reference
Refunds are limited and governed by the CCS Refund Policy.

Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Pricing & Modifications
CCS reserves the right to modify:

• Subscription pricing
• Billing structures
• Platform features

Reasonable notice will be provided where required.

Continued use of CCS constitutes acceptance of modifications.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

CCS does not directly store full payment card details.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCS shall not be liable for:

• Bank processing delays
• Payment provider errors
• Billing disputes arising from user oversight
