Service Limitations

No Outcome Guarantees
CCS makes no representations or guarantees regarding:

• Score increases
• Deletions
• Bureau decisions
• Creditor responses
• Collection agency actions

Outcomes are determined solely by third-party entities.

User Responsibility
Users remain fully responsible for:

• All correspondence generated
• All communications sent
• All documentation uploaded
• All actions taken

CCS does not act on behalf of users.

Subscription & Billing
CCS operates on a recurring subscription model.

By enrolling, you agree:

• Charges occur automatically
• Billing is recurring
• Charges continue until canceled

Failure to use the platform does not waive billing obligations.

Refund Reference
Refunds are limited and governed by the CCS Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse CCS, including:

• Fraudulent activity
• Illegal communications
• Identity misrepresentation
• Abuse of platform tools

CCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

Data & Platform Usage
